Uefa Champions League: Atalanta 2-2 Manchester United - Ronaldo rescue Red Devils again with late leveller
Cristiano Ronaldo rescued Manchester United again with a late equaliser against Atalanta in their Uefa Champions League Group F encounter to drag the game to a 2-2 draw inside the Atleti Azzurri d'italia (Gewiss Stadium) in Bergamo, Italy.

36-year old Ronaldo, who also levelled in first-half added time, volleyed in from outside the box in added time for his second of the night to earn United a crucial point.
With a low effort in the 12th minute, Josip Ilicic scored the opener for Atalanta that passed under United goalkeeper David De Gea.

Duvan Zapata netted the second for the hosts in the 56th minute which looked like the Italian side had clinched all three points, but Ronaldo who netted the first goal for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side late in the first half ensured the Red Devils shared points with their hosts when he levelled in the 1st minute of additional time after full-time.

With this result, Manchester United remain toppers of Group F with seven points from four encounters same as Spanish side Villarreal while Atalanta are third with five points.
