After Manchester United suffered an 'embarrassing' 4-1 defeat by Watford at the Vicarage Road on Saturday, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was sacked by the Manchester-based football outfit.
Former France international, Zidane, ended his second stay at Real Madrid in May this year. He clinched three Champions League titles with the Spanish giants from 2016.
After leaving in 2018, Zidane made a comeback to Madrid and won the Spanish La Liga and Super Cup in 2020.
According to the same sources, the former midfielder who is currently without a job is not eager to take the managerial position at Old Trafford at this time.
It is understood that Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) manager Mauricio Pochettino and Ajax manager Erik Ten Hag are on Manchester United list as replacement for Solskjaer.
