One of the shocks of the season has been produced by Crystal Palace as they scaled through Manchester City 2-0 in their Premier League encounter on Saturday at the Etihad Stadium.

Wilfried Zaha and Conor Gallagher fired both goals for the Eagles.

Zaha, 28-year old Ivorian, put the visitors ahead early in the 7th minute and went ahead to cause Aymeric Laporte to foul on him before the end of the first 45 minutes which saw the City defender sent off.

Pep Guardiola's side thought they had levelled when Gabriel Jesus netted but it was ruled out by VAR as Phil Foden was offside in the build-up.

Conor Gallagher netted the second for Patrick Vieira's Crystal Palace just two minutes to full-time to secure all three points.
