The Croatian will stay with the Spurs until 2024.

Perisic, 33, will join the English Premier League club on a free transfer on 1 July when his contract with the Nerazzurri expires.

The winger underwent a successful medical on Monday.

Perisic worked with Italian Manager Antonio Conte when the Tottenham boss led Inter Milan to the 2020/21 Serie A title.

The winger expressed his joy after reuniting with Conte: "It is a privilege to work with a coach like this. I am really happy to see him again."

This season, Inter Milan clinched the Coppa Italia and in all competitions Ivan Perisic recorded a total of 49 appearances and netted 10 times.

Perisic further said: "I am really excited to start with the Spurs family.

"I was watching the last two of three games and, after the victory against Arsenal, it was obvious Tottenham would be in the Champions League - and it was also good for me because I want to play in the best games.

"I can't wait to start to play and to train and to do my best."
