'I'm not afraid about the work, we need patience' - Tottenham new Boss Conte
Tottenham new Manager Antonio Conte said "a bit of patience" will be needed after his club Tottenham Hotspur defeated Vitesse in their Uefa Europa Conference League Group G match on Thursday.

It was Conte's first match as Tottenham Manager which ended well for him as Spurs beat Vitesse 3-2.
The Italian Manager told BT Sport: "In my opinion and my mind there is a lot of space for improvement for this team, in every single player.
"We need to have a bit of patience because we need to work on many aspects - tactically and physically and also the players have to understand what I want.

"I'm not afraid about the work. I know only through the work you can reach important targets."
Conte received a beautiful welcome after succeeding Nuno Espirito Santo who joined Tottenham Hotspur from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Conte guided Spurs to a victory which helped his side climb up to second in Group G behind Rennes who are toppers.
